Facing an accelerated timeline, the construction of the Warren House called for close collaboration with the Cambridge School of Weston and the design team. Windover led the preconstruction and construction effort for this 11,000 square-foot dormitory and incorporated extensive logistics, site management and safety planning to accommodate for work within an active academic setting.

“I know we made the right choice hiring Windover. The finished product has greatly enhanced our campus look, feel and offerings. I couldn’t be happier. Throughout this process, we have built a great relationship with the entire Windover team. They have been a true partner from day one.”

– Aaron Hirsch, Dean of Student Life, Cambridge School of Weston

The new dormitory features a large common space with adjacent kitchenettes, a computer and group study room, summer storage space for students and faculty, outdoor community space, and a teaching kitchen. The dormitory also provides two, three-bedroom faculty apartments and one two-bedroom faculty apartment. The dormitory was built with sustainability and environmental impact in mind, incorporating many green elements.
