Windover led the design-build process to create temporary dorms for Tufts University students while a new permanent dorm was built. During an eight-month process from design to turnover, Windover delivered 150 beds within three modular fabricated structures while incorporating high efficiency equipment, low flow fixtures, and LED lighting to reach the Tufts’ sustainability goals. Furthering these goals, the modular buildings were built with the intent and ability to be repurposed in the future.
